Davis-Standard offers the industry’s most comprehensive range of plastics extrusion machinery, rubber extrusion machinery, and converting systems and technology. We also offer a full range of extrusion aftermarket services.
Product lines include:
Aftermarket & Parts. A full menu of extrusion aftermarket services including spare parts, extruder refurbishing, extrusion feedscrew services and extruder gearbox retrofits.
Blown film. Blown film extrusion equipment for film and foil extrusion, flexible films, greenhouse films, packaging films, stretch films and more.
Blow molding. Industrial blow molding machinery for processing both polyolefins and engineered thermoplastic.
Cast film. Cast film extrusion technology for coextrusion, multi-layer, and barrier film processes.
Elastomer. Turnkey elastomer extrusion systems, rubber extruders and roll feeders tailored to meet customer-specific hose, seal or tubing requirements.
Extruders. Extruders for every need and every extrusion applications ranging from single and twin screw extruders to specialty extruders to reclaim and elastomer extruders.
Extrusion coating. Cost-effective extrusion coating packages that support flexible packaging, non-wovens, paper and board coating, and laminating applications.
Foam. Single and twin screw extruders and tandem foam extrusion lines for multi-layered foamed PET sheet, PVC foam board and in-line foam extrusion processes.
Liquid coating and lamination. Custom machine designs for slow or high-speed applications, clean room environments, precision coating and drying technology, film or paper substrates and ultra thin to thick coatings.
Pipe, profile and tubing. Pipe, profile and tubing extrusion systems for telecommunications, construction and agricultural applications as well as medical extruder and medical extrusion line packages for tight tolerances and clean room environments.
Pelletizing. Our modular extrusion and pelletizing equipment address melt temperature, melt flow index and melt pressure.
Process Controls. Extrusion control systems for efficient, operator-friendly and consistent extrusion system operation.
Reprocessing and Compounding. Single screw compounding and reprocessing systems for low bulk density materials as well as chip, flake and regrind.
Sheet extrusion. Engineered systems for flexible and rigid sheet extrusion, and for applications up to nine layers.
