Davis-Standard, LLC Strengthens UK Sales Force
In order to better support customers, Davis-Standard, LLC recently added two sales engineers to its
growing European Extrusion Systems sales team based at its subsidiary in the United Kingdom.
Tom Welsh and Adrian Mawdsley joined D-S Brookes Ltd. in June to oversee sales and
service in southern and northern England and parts of Europe.
Both Welsh and Mawdsley bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their positions. Welsh
brings nearly 30 years of experience working in various manufacturing, sales, systems testing, and
engineering capacities, including more than 20 years with Betol Machinery and Davis-Standard. Mawdsley
has 17 years experience working as a sales engineer for Francis Shaw, Iddon and Boston Matthews, among
others. Longtime sales engineer Cliff Mosey is leaving Davis-Standard to pursue other career interests.
According to Mark Woodgate, business director of Davis-Standard Extrusion Systems Europe and
D-S Brookes Ltd., “We are excited to have Tom and Adrian on board because they have a lot to offer our
customers in the area of sales and service. As a company, we would also like to acknowledge Cliff
Mosey for his years of excellent service. We wish him every future success.”
