Our Universal Underwater/Water Ring Pelletizing and Plastics Compounding Lab has everything you need to put our equipment to the test with your products.
A demonstration of our equipment, a simple determination of whether your materials can be pelletized, or complete evaluations of output capacity with conditions required to successfully pelletize your products can also be made.
Extruder screw design and performance for a variety of processes can be tested independently or together with the pelletizing trial. In addition, reliable scaling to larger equipment is directly made from this production-sized equipment.
Our facility also gives you the opportunity to see and test our latest equipment first-hand. Like our Universal Pelletor®, which can operate as an Underwater Downward or Upward Extrusion and/or Water Ring Pelletizer. A simple ten-minute attachment changeover is all that's required to switch this unique pelletizer from one method to the other. You can also see and test our unique and patented Automatic Pelletizer Knife to Dieplate Clearance Adjustment System.
