Continuous Unwind and Winding Lab
Whether your process revolves around cast film or extrusion coating, our Extrusion Lab lets you perform all the tests you require. You can explore processing conditions, co-extrusion structures, edge bead reduction, screw designs, auto die control methods and in-line slitting. You can also experiment with new materials and resins and process conditions.
The extruders, dies, feedblock, casting section, treater, winder, drive system, gauging and control system are all production scale equipment.
